Payment

Registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express. Please provide all necessary information (accountholder's name, account number and expiry date) as requested on the Online-Registration Form. Personal checks and bank transfer will not be accepted.

Payments for hotel accommodations and tours should be made to TOPTOUR, the official travel agent.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed or faxed and refund of registration fees will be as follows:
1. Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the Meeting Secretariat by April 9, 2009.
2. A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making the refund.
3. Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received after April 9, 2009.
4. All refunds will be made in early June after the Meeting.
5. Remittance should be made by bank transfer under the participant's name.
6. Any handling fees charged for bank transfers must be paid by the participant.

TOPTOUR Corp is the official travel agent for the Meeting and will handle hotel accommodations and tours.
